You are responsible for verifying copyright compliance in your jurisdiction and for how you use all generated content. AI Content Policy
AI-Generated Content
Premier Pitch is an AI-powered platform. All images, videos, posters, logos, cast portraits, location imagery, and other visual assets generated through the platform are created by artificial intelligence. No content is sourced from stock libraries or human-created archives unless explicitly stated.
Copyright of Generated Assets
Under current United States copyright law, works generated solely by artificial intelligence may not be eligible for traditional copyright protection. The legal landscape surrounding AI-generated content is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the copyright laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Premier Pitch does not guarantee that any generated asset qualifies for copyright protection.
User License
Premier Pitch grants users a broad, non-exclusive commercial license to use, modify, distribute, and display assets generated through the platform for their film projects, pitch decks, marketing materials, and related purposes. This license does not constitute an assignment of copyright ownership, as AI-generated content may not be copyrightable under applicable law. Users may use generated assets commercially subject to the restrictions in the Prohibited Content section below.
No Warranty of Ownership
Premier Pitch does not warrant or guarantee that any generated asset is original, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual property protection. The platform is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property claims arising from user use of generated content.
Cast Imagery & Likeness Disclaimer
Tone Reference Only
The Cast Imagery tool allows users to enter a real actor's name as a creative tone and vibe reference only — for example, "think Cate Blanchett energy" to indicate commanding presence and gravitas. Actor names are used exclusively to inform the AI about screen presence, age range, and dramatic tone. The platform does NOT attempt to reproduce, copy, or simulate any real person's physical likeness, facial features, or appearance.
Fictional Faces
All cast portraits generated by Premier Pitch are 100% fictional AI-created characters. No real person's likeness, photograph, or biometric data is used in the generation process. The AI translates actor name references into abstract style descriptors (e.g., "commanding presence, sharp intelligence, ethereal authority") and generates entirely original faces that do not resemble any real individual.
Pitch Visualization Purpose
Cast imagery is intended solely for pitch visualization — helping filmmakers and investors visualize character archetypes within a proposed film. Generated portraits are not representations of any actual person and should not be presented as such in any public or commercial context. Users must not label, market, or present AI-generated cast portraits as depicting any real actor or person.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for how they use, label, and distribute cast imagery. Users must not present AI-generated fictional portraits as depictions of real individuals. Premier Pitch is not liable for any misuse of cast imagery by users, including but not limited to claims of false endorsement, right of publicity violations, or misrepresentation.
Prohibited Content
No Real Likenesses
Users must not use the platform to attempt to generate, reproduce, or simulate the likeness, facial features, or appearance of any real person — including actors, public figures, private individuals, or minors. This includes uploading reference photos of real people or crafting prompts designed to produce recognizable likenesses.
No Copyrighted Works
Users must not generate content that reproduces, copies, or is directly derived from known copyrighted works, including existing films, television shows, artwork, photographs, posters, or other protected material. This includes replicating scenes, compositions, or distinctive visual elements from copyrighted works.
No Trademarked or Branded Content
Users must not generate content that incorporates trademarked logos, brand names, or other protected commercial identifiers without authorization from the rights holder.
No Existing Film IP
Users must not generate content based on or derived from existing film, television, or literary properties — including characters, settings, or visual styles unique to those properties — without proper authorization.
No Harmful Content
Users must not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities. Premier Pitch reserves the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these policies.
Enforcement
Premier Pitch actively monitors for prohibited content. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent ban. Admin moderators can review and remove any flagged content at their discretion.
Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating an account, using any platform feature, or generating any content, you agree to these Terms of Service and the AI Content Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including all content generated and all credit usage. You must keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
Subscription & Credits
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier and refresh monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit packs and top-ups are one-time purchases. If your subscription lapses, remaining purchased credits (packs/top-ups) are preserved for 30 days; subscription credits are forfeited immediately. An active subscription is required to keep published pitch deck websites live.
Hosting
Free subdomains are included with paid subscriptions. Custom domain hosting requires a separate purchase (6-month or 12-month plan). Hosting expires if not renewed. Expiry reminders are sent 30, 7, and 1 day before expiration. Auto-SSL is provided. Premier Pitch is not responsible for domain registration fees charged by third-party registrars.
Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Premier Pitch admin team. Subscription fees may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase if no credits have been used. Credit pack and top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed.
Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Generated Content
Premier Pitch is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal action arising from user-generated content, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims, likeness/right of publicity claims, defamation claims, or any other intellectual property or tort claims. Users assume all risk and responsibility for the content they generate and how they use it.
Service Availability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Premier Pitch does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, specific generation quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet user expectations.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Pitch, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the user's generated content, use of the platform, or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
Premier Pitch reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
