Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, full name, and any profile details you choose to provide (such as a profile picture, studio avatar, or birthday). Your email is used for authentication, order receipts, and platform notifications.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We do not store your full card details on our servers. We retain order records (item, amount, date, and order ID) for receipts and accounting.
Usage Data
We log the projects you create, AI generations you run, and community posts you publish — this is the content you produce on the platform. We also collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the service.
Generated Content
All images, videos, posters, and text you generate are stored so you can access and manage them. This content is tied to your account and is never shared with third parties except as described in this policy.
How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
We use your information to operate the platform, process payments, deliver your generated content, and provide customer support.
Communications
We may send you transactional emails (receipts, account notices), an annual birthday gift email if you provide your birthday, and occasional product updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
Safety & Moderation
To keep the community safe, we may review AI-generated content flagged by our automated screening or reported by users. Content is reviewed by authorized moderators only.
Improvement
Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand which features are used most and where to improve. We never sell your personal data.

Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and generated content are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
No Sale of Data
Premier Pitch does not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers. Payment processors receive only what is necessary to complete your transaction.

Children
Premier Pitch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us for prompt removal.
